Autorobot introduces totally new type of hand held, all electronic wireless tram gauge. The EzCalipre gives the best value for money measuring equipment for the body shops and insurance companies. Autorobot EzCalipre gives the much desired speed and simplicity to measure vehicles. In comparison to any other measuring tram gauge EzCalipre is light, fast and mobile. The unit includes EzCalipre electronic control unit, extension unit to measure long distances (for example vehicle wheel base), rechargeable batteries, charging unit, wireless base station and Autorobot digital vehicle database covering underbody, upperbody, side measurements and rear part measuring points. EzCalipre is out-of-the-box solutions, which is connected to the PC or laptop (not included in the sales package). Beginning to measure with EzCalipre takes few minutes and does not need any heavy, time consuming installations.

Thanks to its inbuilt inclinometer the EzCalipre knows (after calibration, which takes about 2 minutes) the position of the vehicle. That’s why the vehicle can be inclined to any direction and can be situated on any brand frame rack; any lift or even on the ground – no matter how the vehicle stands.

Body repairers can easily carry the EzCalipre from place to place. The base unit is 1,6 m (5,2 ft) long, with the extension unit the length is 3 m (9,8 ft). The weight is only 2,3 kg (5 lbs) or 3,5 kg ( 7,7 lbs) with the extension. Using EzCalipre and taking it with to make measurements outside of the body shop is stressless and operation easy even on parking place.

Accurate measurement information can be read from the EzCalipre display and on the PC/laptop. Before repair and after repair measurements can be saved digitally in the computer and emailed or printed as a report on paper. No need to key in length or height measurements any more – all is done wirelessly and without risk of errors.

EzCalipre is ideal tool for body shops making repair jobs, insurance companies for check ups and people who need to make quick diagnostics.
