Spare parts dolly

Newly designed spare parts dolly improves the efficiency of body shops. The dolly has three distinct areas where spare and dismantled parts can be grouped separately. The walls of the dolly protect seats and other damage-prone parts. There is a roll-up, shade-type door that allows easy access to shelves, and when down, provides protection from dust and debris.

To expedite removal and refitting of vehicle parts, the dolly is divided into seven sections. Corresponding to these seven sections are side-by-side bins on one outside panel of the dolly, each bin for small parts and fasteners. This takes the guesswork out of reattachment of vehicle parts.

Repair shop order and tidiness are easy to maintain with this spare parts dolly. Costs can be kept down due to less part loss and damage. Repair time can be lessened when all parts and fasteners are within easy reach and kept in order

The 726+ mobile stand is a movable tool board for the measuring system. The stand protects measuring components and tools when not in use; it keeps all measuring system parts close to the technician; it makes easy transport of the whole system to another work area or out of the way.

Mobile stand No. 726+1 is equipped with assembly lift, making it possible for one person to mount and demount the measuring arch. The winch lift can also be used for many heavy lifting tasks in the body shop.

731+ Spare parts dolly

731+ spare parts dolly with tool shelf is a space-saving dolly that carries both repair tools and spare parts. Tools can be placed on either side of the perforated pegboard. Disassembled parts can be hung from hooks or placed on the dolly’s shelves and bars. 731+ is wheeled, making it easy to move from one work area to another. The dolly keeps large or long parts off the floor, protected and out of the way.

The middle shelf (A) has holes sized for tools such as hammers, chisels, air tools, etc., or shelf (A) and (B) can be used for vehicle parts.

731+1 Trolley for measuring system and Starblocks

731+1 is a trolley for the mechanical or electronic measuring system and for Starblock chassis fasteners. In addition to storing repair tools, this trolley also holds disassembled vehicle parts. Sheet metal, long plastic parts, large parts and more can be put on the upper level (as in picture) to keep them undamaged and out of the way.

The trolley is wheeled, allowing movement of measuring system, tools and bench fasteners (Starblock) to the work area. This trolley system speeds up repair work, creates better working conditions and keeps down costs due to damaged parts and tools.
