is for door pillars for MB models 123, 124, 201, 126. The tool, being of multi-hole construction, allows the choice of several pulling angles. In many cases, damage around the door means that door hinges will move from their original position and be twisted as well. This special tool is designed to direct the pulling force to varying degrees of twist, depending on hole chosen.

714A-1 Multi-purpose double gripper

The efficient double gripper is suitable for repairing the new, strong body structures. The great performance of the gripper comes from the large contact surface and from the two pairs of jaws that can be turned in the connecting plate so that they fit also curved edges. The double gripper can easily be divided into two separate grippers.

The double gripper is recommended for example for the very strong longitudinal pulls of the vehicle frame. It can also be used in the door and window support sets.

714A-6 Gripper for multiple pulling angles

The multi-purpose gripper is a very efficient and versatile tool. The pulling ring of the gripper turns 180°, which always provides an ideal pulling angle for the damaged points. The large operational area also enables simultaneous pulls in two directions.

The gripper can be utilized for lateral, vertical and lengthwise straightening in all parts of the vehicle body. It can be attached on the edges of the frame structure, and the door and window openings.

90-degree pulling angles can be created with the help of the pull plate delivered with the gripper. The plate works also as an independent tool when repairing the vehicle B and C pillars, hoods etc.

The multi-purpose gripper can easily be changed into an efficient double gripper.

738 Safety sling

Safety sling No. 738 is placed between pulling chain and damaged vehicle (as in picture) or between chain and straightening bed. This prevents damage to surrounding areas in case of gripper or attachment point failure. Safety instructions marked on the straightening tower and in the manual must always still be followed.

OAT 100 door clamps are designed to keep door openings in their original shape during straightening, for example, of the upper rails. OAT 100 door clamp set is also necessary when pulling McPherson struts. The OAT 100 is also well suited to straighten door openings.
