162+1C Additional fastening set for 162 and 162+

162+1C complements chassis fasteners Nos. 162 and 162+ that have an M20 thread on the side. The additional 162+1C fastener can be adjusted to three different lengths: 160, 200 or 240 mm. It can remain fixed on the sill clamp during vehicle mounting or be attached after the vehicle has been set in the sill clamps. If both sides of the 162+ are extended with an additional 162+1C fastener, a total extended fastening length of 680 mm can be achieved, larger than any of our competitors’ fasteners. Using the 162+1C does not interfere with the measuring bridges as they move under the fasteners.

The same basic components (A) and (B) also form the base of Nissan fastener set No. 650C-14, as well as other fasteners designed for a few special vehicle models. 682A Starblocks make mounting quicker and keep the vehicle chassis mounted in the fasteners during underbody pulls.

650C/B+ Fastening and straightening set for MB and BMW

The 650C/B+ fastening and straightening set for MB and BMW fits the Mercedes-Benz models MB 123, 124 E-Class, 126, 129 SL-Class, 140 S-Class, 201, 202 C-Class, 210 E-class, as well as BMW 300 and 700 Series. The 650C/B+ MB and BMW straightening set is designed for the Autorobot + model beds and for the Autorobot IV. It can also be used on the lower-capacity beds, but only with a modification set. There are four 682A Starblocks included in the 650C/B+, which means that the vehicle underbody can be pulled while still mounted in the Starblock fasteners. This makes aligning the chassis quicker. 682A Starblock fasteners fill many other special functions in vehicle straightening, so they are useful for nearly every repair situation.

669B+ Chassis fastening set for full-frame vehicles

669B+ fastening set is designed for full-frame vehicles. It includes four pieces of 682A+ Starblock fasteners, Autorobot’s innovative fastening technology unparalleled in the industry. Starblock technology makes vehicle fastening and straightening much quicker. This is due to the free movement of Starblock’s straightening arm (A), making length and pivot adjustments fast. Four fasteners also make mounting long pickups quicker.

It should be noted that in this 669B+ set, 682A+ Starblock is the basic fastener, and the set includes additional pieces to adapt Starblocks to a wide range of vehicle mounting situations. This set provides the versatility needed to mount, straighten and support most full-frame vehicles.

This set is designed for Autorobot’s new-style straightening beds, which have eight sill clamp beams. Please note: The set can only be used with older model beds when the moveable sill clamp beams are changed to new-style beams.

Frame Fastener 669B-51C for cross-country vehicles, multipurpose vehicles and vans

The new chain fastener clamps the monocoque frame section, and presses it slightly inwards (Picture A, Point 3).

With the traditional frame type vehicles a chain is fastened additionally around the frame beam to support the clamp (Picture B). The special feature of this new equipment is that it enables a grip of the car body by tightening the screw 1 (Picture B, Point 2) while the same movement simultaneously tightens the chain (4) around the frame structure.

The chain fastener is installed to the basic Starblock arm (5) where the height can be adjusted with spacers (6) for different car bodies.
