519C Support set

Support set No. 519C helps focus the straightening force so that only the damaged area is affected, speeding up the straightening process.

The support/pull combination makes small damage straightening possible without fastening the vehicle onto a bench. It only needs to be lifted from the bench ramps with the lifting arm set (No. 720) and the quick-lock fastening side support placed on the other side of the vehicle.

613A / B20-9 Pull and push kit

613A/B20-9 is a new pull and push kit for Autorobot B20. It is designed for chainless pulls and pushes, as well as for traditional straightening with the help of a chain. Various straightening heads (A, B, C) can be attached to the cylindrical part of No. 613A-2. Combining with angle tube No. 613A-1 (E) allows access to the frame and the frame’s inner and outer surfaces through a hole in the frame (existing hole or one made for the purpose).

714A-5 Gripper

Safe, chainless pulls and pushes can be effected with Gripper No. 714A-5 (optional) attached to the hook.

676B+3 Adjust rod

The vehicle frame is supported with 613A-2 Hook in order to effect the straightening to the correct place.

675A / 675A+1 Jig set BMW 5/2003

675A jig set is designed specifically for BMW E60. The jig set, when used with the 3D measuring system, holds new front frame parts in the correct position for attachment. New parts can be safely and accurately joined either by riveting (BMW E60 aluminum) or by welding (steel structure vehicles).

The 675A+1 jig/straightening set includes the 675A jig set plus extra accessories for straightening and support. This large equipment set is suited for support, repairing and straightening rear/front parts of many types of vehicles (see reverse side). Parts A and B are meant only for the BMW E60 model.

Parts A and B are suitable for BMW E60 only.

676B-2A+ Two Point Bearer Set

676B-2A+ Two Point Bearer Set can be used to support vehicle structures during frame straightening. A correctly focused hold helps to work only the right area and prevents the pulling force from effecting the undamaged parts. This is especially important for example with new, strong body structures. With the 676B-2A+ set the frame end parts can be adjusted in the right position (length, width and height) before welding them to the vehicle frame. The measuring system gives the correct coordinates for the parts to be welded.

676B-2A+ holds still the undamaged areas while other parts of the vehicle are being pulled.

680E Adjustable bearer for support and straightening

When straightening upwards or downwards, No. 680E adjustable bearer can be used both for support and actual straightening. As in drawings 5 and 6, bearer screw A provides the push/pull power of approximately 4 tons, which is often enough for aligning vehicle front or rear structures. The bearers can be installed for support as well along extensions No. 550XLD by using brackets D.
